Free shipping for orders of more than 20 EUR (within Germany)!
The shipping fees for orders of less than 20 EUR are 2.90 EUR.

We ship with DHL (except freight). The goods are insured up to a value of 500 EUR.

On-stock items are ready for delivery in approx. 2 business days after payment is received.

This does not include DHL delivery times as we have no influence upon this. DHL normally delivers within 1 to 3 business days.

one day eXpress
- ordered today – delivered tomorrow
- applies within Germany (does not include German islands) – the delivery address is decisive
- one day eXpress is only available for specially marked items
- one day eXpress can only be selected while ordering when there are items that can be shipped per express in the shopping cart
- one day eXpress is delivered Monday to Saturday by DHL
- delivery is not made on Sundays or holidays (regional and national holidays)
- changes cannot be made to one day eXpress orders and these orders cannot be cancelled
- payment is to be made via credit card
- shipping costs 13.00 EUR (for orders of more than 20 EUR; an additional 2.90 EUR are charged for orders of less than 20 EUR even if the item is marked with free shipping)
- orders may be delayed if a comment is included when ordering
- cannot be delivered to post office boxes or Packstationen

Delivery Guarantee
- delivery is guaranteed by 12:00 on the date listed in the item description
- the 13.00 EUR postage is refunded for late deliveries
- this does not apply if the order was made after 2:00 p.m.
- this does not apply if delivery was delayed as a result of a comment that was included in the order
- only applies within Germany (does not include German islands) – the delivery address is decisive
- regional and national holidays are excluded from the delivery guarantee
- damages claims that go beyond the refund of the one day eXpress shipping fee are excluded
- this does not apply when delivery was made to a post office box
- this does not apply when a package cannot be delivered because the customer is not at home
- the delivery guarantee does not apply when delivery is prevented by situations or events that are caused by acts of God, strikes or another reason that cannot be controlled by Spiel & Baby GmbH
- Spiel & Baby GmbH reserves the right to change or cancel the delivery guarantee for one day eXpress


Freight
Delivery by Schenker normally takes place within 7 business days (not Saturday or Sunday) after the goods are collected. Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., specific delivery times can be reserved (this means that you can select a date (day) for delivery and the freight company will call you before they deliver – this service costs an additional fee of 6 EUR). You will receive an e-mail from us when the item was collected. The automatic e-mail with the shipping information from DHL is thus invalid. If you do not reserve a date for delivery, then the date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery by the freight company is made to the curb.
If no-one is at home when delivery is made and a second delivery becomes necessary then the customer will be charged 30 EUR for the second delivery.

Due to new logistics regulations, packages can only be shipped outside of Germany that fulfill certain dimension and weight regulations. This applies, for example, to: Stokke Tripp Trapp, Geuther Stairs Gate, car seats, strollers, bassinets, etc. If you have already placed an order, then we will refund payment by bank transfer (please send us your bank details). If your order included other items that can be shipped and that you would like to receive then please notify us of this. We apologize for any inconvenience.
