| Freight Delivery by Schenker normally takes place within 7 business days (not Saturday or Sunday) after the goods are collected. Deliveries are made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., specific delivery times can be reserved (this means that you can select a date (day) for delivery and the freight company will call you before they deliver · this service costs an additional fee of 6 EUR). You will receive an e-mail from us when the item was collected. The automatic e-mail with the shipping information from DHL is thus invalid. If you do not reserve a date for delivery, then the date of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Delivery by the freight company is made to the curb. | National Returns In the event of a return, please include the completed return form included in the delivery because quick processing cannot otherwise be assured. The enclosure of the return form is not required in order to return an item. Please always include your bank information when returning an item. We also ask that you only use the return shipping label included in the delivery. With this label you can return the package free-of-charge at every DHL shop. If you would like to utilize another form of return transport, then we will not reimburse you for the shipping expenses caused or we will subtract these expenses from your refund.
