  • How much is shipping

    Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over 20 €. We charge 2.90€ shipping for all orders under 20€. Book orders are delivered free of charge.  


    We charge 12.95€ for shipping to the below mentioned countries.

    We ship to the following countries:

    France
    Luxemburg
    The Netherlands
    The United Kingdom
    Poland
  • How can I pay
    You can pay for German orders via:
    -    Bank Transfer
    -    Sofortüberweisung.de
    -    VISA
    -    Mastercard

    French, Poland and Austria customers can pay via bank transfer of credit card. We can only accept orders from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg via bank transfer.
  • How long does delivery take
    DHL
    After receiving your payment, on-stock items are shipped within 2 business days.

    This does not include the actual delivery by DHL. DHL normally requires approximately 1 to 3 business days for delivery. If you would like to receive your order more quickly, then please select one day eXpress delivery when ordering.

  • When can I order an item that is currently out of stock
    Please enter your e-mail address in the notification box of the appropriate item and we will inform you as soon as the item comes back in stock.

    Please note that items marked with ** are currently out of stock.
  • How can I add an item to my order

    Please note that we can only add items to orders via bank transfer. Just send us an e-mail with your order number and the item number(s). Items can be added as long as your order has not yet been processed.

  • How can I cancel my order

    Please send us an E-Mail with your order number and your name. We will then cancel your order manually.

  • I didn’t receive all of the items listed on my invoice

    Please note that larger items, e.g. car seats, beds, mattresses, safety gates, highchairs, etc, are shipped separately and are often delivered a few days later than other items

  • I received my order. How can I return an item
    In the event of a return, please enclose the completed return form included in the delivery. Quick processing cannot otherwise be assured. The enclosure of the return form is not required in order to return an item. Please always include your bank information when returning an item. We also ask that you only use the return shipping label included in the delivery. With this label you can return the package free-of-charge at any DHL post office. Please contact us if you no longer have the return label.

    International deliveries do not include a return shipping label. We ask that you return the package with the least expensive postage. Please include a receipt for the postage in the package and we will then reimburse you for least expensive form of shipping. Please include the completed return form included in the delivery in order to assure quick processing. The enclosure of the return form is not required in order to return an item. Please always include your bank information, including the IBAN and SWIFT codes, when returning an item.
  • I received a defective item
    Please return the defective item with the completed return form included in the delivery.  
    The enclosure of the return form is not required in order to return an item but it does ensure quick processing. We also ask that you only use the return shipping label included in the delivery. With this label you can return the package free-of-charge at any DHL office. If the defective item has not yet been used, then you will normally receive a new item. Used items are returned to the manufacturer for repair.
  • I received the wrong item
    Please send us a short message via E-Mail or give us a call and we will send you a shipping label in order to return the items.
    Please enclose the return form in the package being returned.
  • I placed an order but I haven't received my delivery
    Which method of payment (credit card, payment upon receipt or bank transfer) did you select? Please check whether your payment has been made to our account. Was your payment possible made with a different name? If so, then please provide us with the name of the person who made the payment.
  • Is it possible to get a tracking number
    You will automatically receive an e-mail including the DHL tracking ID after your order has been shipped.

  • My gift certificate code doesn't work
    Does the code have a minimum order value? When does the gift certificate expire? Please send us the code. In the event of a system error we will then add the gift certificate code to your order manually.

We also ask that you only use the return shipping label included in the delivery. With this label you can return the package free-of-charge at every DHL shop. If you would like to utilize another form of return transport, then we will not reimburse you for the shipping expenses caused or we will subtract these expenses from your refund. If you do not have a return postage label or a retun form then please contact us and we will send you the missing documents. As soon as your return is received we will check the problem and send the item back to the manufacturer for repair or exchange the item.
